- This website www.hanoiairporthotels.vn (“Website”) is owned and operated by Vietnam Aviation Tourism Company (“VATC”), a company incorporated under the laws of Vietnam with an address of No. 26, Lane 24, Unit 1E, Trung Liet ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi city, Vietnam.
- Your access to the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained below and elsewhere on the Website (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”). By using the website, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- By visiting www.hanoiairporthotels.vn, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. The use of “we” or “us” refers to the VATC and/or VATC SleepPod.
Use of the Website
- The Website allows you to access the reservation services of VATC under the VATC SleepPod brand.
- The Website also provides marketing and promotional information about products, services and activities on offer by VATC and/or VATC SleepPod.
- The Website and its content are made available for your personal, non-commercial use. The Website should not be used for unlawful, immoral or illegal purposes or for any purpose other than those stated in the Terms and Conditions. The VATC and/or VATC SleepPod reserves the right to deny access to the Website to any user who violates the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy or at its sole discretion.
- You must not engage in any conduct or do anything that would damage, impair or interfere with the operation or security of the Website, the system hosting the Website, or any of our computer systems.
- You must be of sufficient legal age and capacity to make reservations for rooms through the Website. If you are a child or minor, you may only use the Website and services available on the Website with the permission of your parent or guardian.
Reservations
- By using this website to make reservations with VATC SleepPod, you agree to be bound by all of such hotel’s standard terms and conditions and by any other policies, terms and conditions that may apply.
- By using this website to make reservations, you hereby authorize the VATC SleepPod to use your personal information including credit/debit card information that you provide to us for the purpose of the reservation.
- At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details (guest details, stay dates and times, room types, room rates, number of guest(s)). VATC SleepPod will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details.
- Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.
- You may only make reservations through this Website for yourself and your guests. You are prohibited from using this Website for the purposes of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservations (whether online or otherwise) to third parties including online agents, third-party owned websites, or travel agents.
- Once your booking has been successfully completed, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by you.
- If you do not receive your booking confirmation(s) within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via mail reservation@vatc.vn or contact VATC SleepPod at (84) 243 8572 999 / (84) 969238741
Check in Policy :
- Generally, you can check in at the time we confirmed in the reservation or later, and your room will be held until the reserved check-out time. In case of no show or late check-in, the money for stay will not be refunded.
- The VATC SleepPod reserves the right to require proper proof of identity (e.g. passports or national identity cards or driving licence) from all guests checking in. The VATC SleepPod has the absolute discretion to refuse to check in if the identity does not match with the person mentioned in your reservation or if anyone refuses to provide the requisite proof of identity to the VATC SleepPod. We reserve the right to cancel or modify at our sole discretion any reservations that have been made in breach of the Terms and Conditions or for false, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Check out Policy :
The room must be vacated by the reserved time. In case of extending time, please contact the Reception on 111 in Terminal 1 and 9 in Terminal 2, an extra fee will be charged for the use of the room. In case of no show or early check-out, the money for stay will not be refunded.
Change & Cancellation Policy
- Change of guest name on your booking is allowed if made five (5) full days or more before check-in date.
- Other than change of guest name, all bookings cannot be amended, modified or cancelled.
- If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in time, your payment is non-refundable.
Room Price:
- Our prices are included VAT & Service Charge.

- We guarantee the lowest prices for our sleep pods at Noi Bai International Airport can be found at www.hanoiairporthotels.vn
Extra resident fee for child(ren):
- Child(ren) up to 6 years old accompanied by adults: FREE
- Child(ren) up to 13 years old: VND85,000/person
- (Adult(s) are aged from 13 years old)
Payment Policy
- All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in local currency (VND). The exchange rate may change before you pay.
- In addition to OnePay, we also accept payment via bank transfer and Paypal when you book through the Website hanoiairporthotels.vn.
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Besides, we accept payment by Paypal for room bookings at VATC SleepPod. Once the payment is successfully cleared, a reservation confirmation will be sent to your mail address.
- Bear in mind that your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
A free terminal shuttle bus service operates about 10-15 minutes between the domestic and international terminals at Noi Bai International Airport, Ha Noi (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2). The bus operates from 6am - 12pm daily. If you would like our pick-up service and use the free shuttle bus, please contact the VATC SleepPod Reception for more information.
Special requests
Where special requests e.g. diet and/or particular meals, airline’s check-in service, baggage claim etc… are an important factor in your trip you must advise us when the booking is made. We are happy to pass your request on to other suppliers but cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated. The provision of any special request does not constitute a term of your contract with us. Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or the inclusion of the special request on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation is not confirmation that the request will be met. Unless and until specially confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability. For your own protection, you should obtain confirmation in writing that a special request will be complied (where it is possible to give this) where it is important to you.
Right to refuse accommodation
VATC SleepPod reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
- the booking has been paid through fraudulent means
- the booking has been altered by anyone other than VATC SleepPod or VATC SleepPod’s authorised agent or has been tampered with or the booking confirmation has been defaced (in which case VATC SleepPod reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
- the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the booking confirmation
- as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
Law
Your contract is with Vietnam Aviation Tourism Company, a company registered in Vietnam under business licence no 0106357419 whose registered office is in Hanoi city, Vietnam, all matters concerning this contract will be governed by the law wherever you live in Vietnam or if non-resident, Vietnamese Law.
