Useful Information

Sleep pods are located in the public area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (outside of the security area). If you are in the security area of Terminal 2 and want to use services in the public area of Noi Bai Int'l Airport you need an entry visa to Vietnam.
Whilst very convenient and comfortable, the bathroom is not available on our property; Shared toilet is available in the airport. They are primarily suitable for short stays, please be aware before making a reservation.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in local currency (VND).
VATC SleepPod connects with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with international security standard. Besides, we accept payment by Bank Transfer and Paypal for room bookings at VATC SleepPod.
Once the payment is successfully cleared, a reservation confirmation will be sent to your mail address.
Bear in mind that your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee.

Check in Policy :

Generally, you can check in at the time we confirmed in the reservation or later, and your room will be held until the reserved check-out time. In case of no show or late check-in, the money for stay will not be refunded.
The VATC SleepPod reserves the right to require proper proof of identity (e.g. passports or national identity cards or driving licence) from all guests checking in. The VATC SleepPod has the absolute discretion to refuse to check in if the identity does not match with the person mentioned in your reservation or if anyone refuses to provide the requisite proof of identity to the VATC SleepPod. We reserve the right to cancel or modify at our sole discretion any reservations that have been made in breach of the Terms and Conditions or for false, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Check out Policy :

The room must be vacated by the reserved time. In case of extending time, please contact the Reception on 111 in Terminal 1 and 9 in Terminal 2, an extra fee will be charged for the use of the room. In case of no show or early check-out, the money for stay will not be refunded.

Change & Cancellation Policy

Change of guest name on your booking is allowed if made five (5) full days or more before check-in date.
Other than change of guest name, all bookings cannot be amended, modified or cancelled.
If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in time, your payment is non-refundable.

Our prices are included VAT & Service Charge.
You can pay for your room hire at hourly or whole day package rates.
We guarantee the lowest whole day package prices for our sleep pods at Noi Bai International Airport can be found at hanoiairporthotels.vn

Child(ren) up to 6 years old accompanied by adults: FREE
Child(ren) up to 13 years old: VND85,000/person

Round-up Rules:

From 1’ to 15’ time will be rounded up as 0’
From 16’ to 45’ time will be rounded up as 30’

From 46’ to 60’ time will be rounded up as 60’
