Our single rooms feature one bed for a single person (adult). Guests older than 13 years old are considered adults. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Pets are not allowed.

Important Information

Sleep pods are located in the public area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (outside of the security area). Please be aware that you will need an entry visa to Vietnam to use our services if you are in the security area of Noi Bai Int’l Airport Terminal 2.
Please be aware that bathrooms are not available on our property; however, shared toilet is available in the airport. Our services are suited for short stays, and ưe kindly ask for your understanding and consideration before using our services.

Payment Policy

Full payment for the room must be made at the time of booking. Guests are kindly requested to pay in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
We connect with the OnePAY payment gateway to accept online card payments (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your card information will not be stored in our system (the merchant), but MasterCard which adheres to international security standards.
In addition to these payment methods, we also accept bank transfer payments and PayPal when you book through our website.
After guests book the room and make the payment, a Booking Confirmation letter will be sent to the email address provided by the guest.
Please note that your card issuer may charge fees when you use an international debit or credit card.

Change and Cancellation Policy

Requests to modify or cancel bookings will not be accepted.
If you cancel your booking for any reason, change booking information, or do not arrive at the scheduled check-in time, you will not be refunded for this booking.

Check-in Policy

In principle, guests can check in during the timeframe specified in the Booking Confirmation sent to you, and your room will be held until check-out time. If you do not arrive or check in later than this time, your room payment will not be refunded.
VATC SleepPod reserves the right to request all customers to provide valid identification (e.g., passport or citizen ID) during check-in. VATC SleepPod has full discretion to refuse check-in if the identity does not match the booking information or if there is any refusal to provide proof of identity to VATC SleepPod. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any bookings that violate the terms and conditions or are made for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Check-out Policy

Please check out when your usage time is over. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the reception department at "111" if you are in Terminal T1 and at "9" if you are in Terminal T2. An additional charge will apply for extending your stay. We will not refund your room payment if you do not arrive to use the room or if you check out early.

Our room rates include VAT and service charges.

We guarantee that the full-day room rates available on our website are the best prices for you.
Additional room charges for children: Each room can accommodate a maximum of 1 child. Guests aged 12 and older are considered adults.

Children under 6 years old accompanying an adult: Free
Children aged 6 to under 12 years old: VND 100,000 per person.

Round-up Rules:

From 1’ to 15’ time will be rounded to 0’
From 16’ to 45’ time will be rounded to 30’
From 46’ to 60’ time will be rounded to 60’
