1. Our prices are included VAT & Service Charge.

2. Extra resident fee for child(ren)

- Child(ren) up to 6 years old accompanied by adults: FREE

- Child(ren) up to 12 years old: VND100,000/person

- (Adult(s) are aged from 11 years old)

3. Round-up Rules:

- From 1’ to 15’ time will be rounded up as 0’

- From 16’ to 45’ time will be rounded up as 30’

- From 46’ to 60’ time will be rounded up as 60’

4. Regulations on night-time service surcharge

• Applicable guests: Walk-in guests, guests without prior reservation, or guests using the service on an hourly basis.
• Applicable time: From 00:00 to 06:00 daily.
• Surcharge rates:
  • Low season: From 05 May to 31 October: VND 300,000 per room.
  • High season: From 01 November to 04 May: VND 500,000 per room.
• The night-time service surcharge is not applicable to guests booking overnight or full-day packages.
• The surcharge shall be charged directly to guests at the time of service use.
