JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize and run the daily activities of the Sleeping Box Service
- Department: Monitor and immediately deal with requirements on maintenance, maintenance and repair of properties and equipment;
- Guide and support staff to handle customer requests and complaints.
- Monitoring the quality of Sleeping Box Service according to the List of tasks to be inspected (minimum 1 day / time)
- Sleeping Box Service Department Manager:
- Develop job description of title positions under the Department;
- Developing the professional processes of the Division;
- Develop an annual and unexpected recruitment plan and coordinate with Human Resources Department to organize recruitment according to the plan;
- Developing basic and advanced professional training plans, training soft skills for managers and employees of the division and coordinating with Human Resources Department in organizing the implementation;
- Develop probation plans and content, evaluate probation; proposing official labor contracts for new employees;
- Proposing rewards and discipline for employees in the department and solutions to motivate employees to work;

- University graduate majoring in hotel and tourism
- Good conversational English
- Experience in managing a team of 10 or more people
- Age from 28 and up
- Basic skills of repairing damage to the Internet, MyTV, washing machine, dryer, ...
- Having a high sense of responsibility with the job
- Prefer candidates with home near Noi Bai Airport
